Elm St between 14th and 15th Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.3 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
