Thursday will bring some of the worst conditions of the week with widespread strong west to southwest winds and very low RH between 8 and 12%. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 419 through 429. * WIND...West to southwest winds gusting 20 to 30 mph, isolated gusts 35 to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...Minimums of 8 to 12 percent; overnight recoveries aslow as 25 to 40 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
