Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 18.1 feet early Saturday morning.
