Weather conditions may cause fluctuations in air quality throughout the day, and some areas may experience periods where the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaches the 101-150 range (orange), which is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups. A Code ORANGE Air Quality Advisory means that air pollution concentrations within the region may become unhealthy for sensitive groups. Sensitive groups include children, the elderly, and people suffering from asthma, heart disease, or other lung diseases.
