* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, Milwaukee and Waukesha. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 501 AM CDT, Numerous reports of flash flooding of streets and creeks, including stranded vehicles and flooded basements. Flooding is ongoing. Between 5 and 13 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
