* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Fremont, Mills and Pottawattamie Counties in southwest Iowa, and Cass County in southeast Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 908 AM CDT, Rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches were common across the warned area, with a few rain gages measuring greater than 5 inches. While the rainfall has ended, some flooding is expected to continue through early afternoon. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Southern Council Bluffs, Plattsmouth, Glenwood, Oakland, Malvern, Louisville, Weeping Water, Tabor, Eagle, Treynor, Carson, Elmwood, Greenwood, Pacific Junction, Murray, Emerson, Cedar Creek, Macedonia, Silver City and Avoca.
