Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has issued an Air Quality Alert for Ground Level Ozone, from 11 AM to 11 PM EDT Tuesday. An Air Quality Alert means that Ground Level Ozone concentrations within the region may approach or exceed levels that are Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups. Air is unhealthy for sensitive children and adults, such as those with asthma, lung or heart disease, and older adults. Sensitive children and adults should limit prolonged outdoor activity.
