* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Granville and Vance. * WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 506 PM EDT, Widespread heavy rainfall has ended. Continued slow drainage of flood waters are expected, but it may take longer than typical based on heavily saturated soils.
