Southeastern Trumbull County in northeastern Ohio... * Until 1100 PM EDT. * At 807 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1.5 inches in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
