Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Granite Falls to 9 miles north of
Walnut Grove, or extending from 14 miles southeast of Montevideo to
20 miles southwest of Redwood Falls, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
