Numerous roads are likely flooded and closed. Low-lying parking lots, intersections, and ditches are likely flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 910 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated gauge reports indicate that between 4 and 8 inches of rain fell yesterday afternoon and evening. While the threat for additional heavy rainfall has ended, many creeks, streams, and rivers remain swollen, and excessive rainfall will continue to take time to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
