At 16.0 feet, Clark Drive threatened in Shorewood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning and crest just above flood stage this afternoon.
