deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the
following county, Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 857 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is
occurring around Captain Bill Creek in Ridgeland. This area
has seen between 4 to 6 inches of rain since Friday. Water
will continue to drain into the creek through early
afternoon, resulting in additional flooding. Drainage will be
hampered by this morning high tide.
