In southwest Georgia, Decatur, Grady and Mitchell. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 829 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
