* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

- At 609 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with
heavy rain approaching Highway 62 between mile markers 92 and
112, where there are several low water crossings. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
