* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1102 AM CDT, Heavy rain fell from earlier thunderstorms,
and flooding is occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but only minor additional
rainfall is expected.
