counties, Adair, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers
and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1025 AM CDT, Heavy rain fell from earlier thunderstorms,
and flooding is occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 8
inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but only minor additional
