Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following
parish, northwestern Caddo and northeast Texas, including the
following counties, Camp, Cass, northern Harrison, Marion, Morris,
central Titus and northern Upshur.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1033 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Mount Pleasant, Atlanta, Pittsburg, Leesburg, Daingerfield,
Jefferson, Linden, Hughes Springs, Lone Star, Naples, Ore
City, Omaha, Jenkins, Cedar Springs, Rocky Branch, Berea,
Cason, Lodi, Kildare and Cookville.
