At 853 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Alphoretta, or 9 miles south of Prestonsburg, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Estill, Coal Run Village, Martin, Wayland, Allen, East McDowell, Endicott, Bosco, Coal Run, Glo, Printer, Langley, Arkansas, Aluba, McDowell, Betsy Layne, Ivel, and Honaker.
