Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
At 807 PM CDT, Severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 9
miles northwest of Sturgeon to 7 miles northeast of Centralia, or
along a line from 16 miles northwest of Centralia to 7 miles
northeast of Centralia, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
Severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of
Northwestern Audrain County.
