* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Prince of Wales Island, Ketchikan Gateway Borough and
Annette Island.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and
may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be
difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected between now and 7
AM. As of 4 AM, Hydaburg, Metlakatla, and several marine based
stations have reported 60 to 70 mph wind gusts.
