Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Kansas, including the following
counties, Gove and Logan.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Monday night, up to 6.5 inches of rain fell over portions of
Logan and Gove counties. Tuesday evening and night, up to an
additional 1.5 inches may fall across the same area
