strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
The Flood Advisory will expire at 515 AM EDT early this morning for
the following counties, in northern Kentucky, Bracken and Robertson.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
