* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and west central Arizona, including the following counties, in north central Arizona, Coconino. In west central Arizona, Yavapai. * WHEN...Until 545 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Rattlesnake Wash, Wagon Tire Wash, Meath Wash, Grindstone Wash, Hell Canyon, Sycamore Creek, Bear Canyon, JD Dam Wash and Johnson Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Drake and Bill Williams Mountain. - This includes State Route 89 between mile markers 345 and 354. This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds...
