County, including most ridgelines and wind-alligned valleys west
of Highway 199, and the Moon Complex and Kelsey Peak Wildfire
perimeters.
* WHEN...From 2 PM Sunday to 11 AM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Many area trees still have foliage, and this
could place additional wind stress on any weakened or damaged
branches and trunks. Additionally, these gusty winds will pose an
increased risk for hazards from wildfire snags.
