* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1032 AM ChST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
