closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
Patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile
or less over portions of south central North Dakota, and the James
River Valley. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing
visibilities. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at
intersections and railroad crossings.
The fog is expected to dissipate around noon.
