A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding of 1 to 2 feet is expected.
* WHERE...North and east facing reefs of Majuro.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated
road closures expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A northeast trade-wind swell will combine with
king tides to produce coastal inundation of 1 to 2 feet along north
and east facing reefs until Saturday. Other islands and atolls in
the Marshalls can also expect minor inundation with this swell.
