* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam and Rota.
* WHEN...Through this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Locally heavy rainfall is expected for Guam and Rota through
this afternoon as Tropical Storm Fung-Wong continues west-
northwestward, southwest of the Marianas. 3 to 4 inches of
rain have fallen so far, and an additional 2 to 4 inches are
possible with locally higher amounts over Guam and Rota
through this afternoon. The threat of flash flooding will be
greater in areas of saturated soil where heavy rain has
already fallen.
