* WHAT...Hazardous surf of 8 to 11 feet and minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...North and west facing reefs. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 5 PM ChST Monday. For the Coastal Flood Statement, through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As TS Fung-wong continues west-northwest passing to the north-northwest of Yap, surf is expected very slowly subside over the weekend as swell from Fong-wong decreases. High surf paired with the King Tide high tide cycles will also result in minor coastal inundation and increased erosion.
