* WHAT...Hazardous surf of 9 to 12 feet and minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...North and west facing reefs. * WHEN... Until 5 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As TY Fung-wong continues west-northwest moving away from Yap, surf is expected to very slowly subside over the weekend as swell from Fung-wong decreases. High surf paired with the King Tide high tide cycles will also result in minor coastal inundation and increased erosion.
