* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 3 to 6 inches, locally 8 to 10 inches on northwesterly and westerly slopes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Addison, Essex, Western Franklin, and Eastern Rutland Counties in Vermont. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
