deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast and southern California, including
the following counties, in southeast California, Inyo. In southern
California, San Bernardino.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 715 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
widespread showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain
have fallen.

Shoshone, Furnace Creek, Stovepipe Wells, Death Valley
Junction, Sr 127 Near Dumont Dunes, Tecopa, Dumont Dunes,
