* WHERE...Northern Oneida County.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A clipper system will bring widespread snow
into the morning hours followed by afternoon snow showers ahead of
an approaching cold front. Lake effect snow showers will develop
behind the front this evening into Thursday morning.
