1 Dead, 1 Badly Burned After Boat Explosion

One man was killed and another man suffered severe burns after a boat on the Intracoastal Waterway exploded and caught fire Thursday morning. The 34-foot boat exploded about 10:45 a.m. between Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Palm Beach police said two men onboard at the time of the explosion were found clinging to another boat that had come to rescue them. They were later identified as Angel Perez and Rolando Cruz.
