Roofers and auto-body shops continue to get work from last year's monster East Side hailstorm as insurance carriers tally up the claims. Allstate Insurance reported Tuesday that storm-related auto claims in El Paso increased 2,613 percent last year -- the largest increase among all Texas cities for the large insurance carrier.
