When the waters begin to rise, so do the items in the Pat Steiner's home. On Wednesday, the Steiner family's belongings remained stacked over a foot high on tables set up in their Lebanon Junction mobile home. They began piling their stuff on Sunday; by Wednesday the water reached the bottom of their front porch ramp and filled their yard. "It's going to take me six years to put it all back together again," Steiner, 75, said, adding, "This is my little Mayberry. I'm not going to leave."
