Woman Awarded $5.67 M in Maui McDonald’s Lawsuit

A Texas woman has been awarded $5.67 million for injuries she reieved after she slipped and fell at a McDonald’s restaurant on Maui, Hawaii. According to court documents in Munguia et al v. Grelyn of Maui, LLC et al, Beverly Munguia was a customer at a McDonald’s franchise when she got up from the table and slipped on something on the floor.
