Parking garage collapses in the Medical Center

Two workers have been injured in a building collapse on the Northwest Side. Emergency crews were called to Wurzbach Road and Medical Drive around 11:30 a.m. after a University Hospital parking garage that was under construction collapsed. Witnesses reported hearing an extremely loud sound and seeing construction workers running from the site as the garage came down and a huge cloud of dust covered the area.
