Barge Stuck At Mouth Of River

Coast guard waiting on the owner to get the building and the barge out of the river. The owner was reportedly taking the barge from Sacramento to Helen and Herman’s Marina in Stockton. The barge has been out in the water since 10 a.m. this morning at the mouth of the Mokelumne River where it meets the San Joaquin River.
