A woman is suing an Albuquerque bar after she said she fell through a hole in an old fire escape balcony to the pavement below. The old fire escape balcony is on the back of the Downtown Distillery. It’s not used anymore, but Jessica Riley somehow got out there last March, and wound up falling nearly 20 feet to the ally below. "She fractured her pelvis. She has titanium rods inside her now. Fortunately, she’s able to walk. She (also) fractured her wrist, which has been repaired as best as what it could be," said Riley’s attorney, Miles Hanisee.
