A MetroRail train derailed in downtown Houston Tuesday morning after it was struck by a dump truck. Metro said 15 people were taken to Ben Taub and St. Josephs hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, including the truck driver and the MetroRail driver. It happened at Main and Capitol around 9 a.m. Metro officials said the dump truck was headed west on Capitol when it ran a red light and struck the train.
