School Bus, Lynx Bus Crash; 8 Hurt

Seven people, including five students, were injured Thursday morning when a Lynx bus crashed into the back of a school bus at a bus stop in Apopka, authorities say. The crash happened about 8:20 a.m. on Orange Blossom Trail at Neal Siebert Drive near Hermit Smith Road. According to Orange County fire officials, the bus, which was headed to Zellwood Elementary School, was stopped with its flashing lights on to pick up students when the Lynx bus rear-ended it.
