That I needed to take a look at my daughter and that she was stuck with a needle. She just said it was a top, like off a syringe," Masden recalled. Seven-year-old Breann Masden was stuck by a needle last Friday as she was reaching for a book in her 2nd grade classroom. "I was going to get a science book after I sharpened my pencil, and I grabbed it and it went in my thumb," says Breann Masden.
