A teens drunk driving death has led to charges against a father and son accused of hosting the party at which he consumed alcohol before the crash. Brian Willms and and his 18-year-old son, Cameron, are charged with the sale of alcohol to underage persons and securing public accommodations for underage drinkers in connection with an August 4 party that preceded the death of Stephen Romanelli. Teenage witnesses told Dublin police they drank beer at the Willms home on the night of the crash, and investigators believe evidence found at the home indicates that stronger alcoholic beverages were also consumed during the party.
