4 Injured After Bus Overturns in Va.; Driver Charged

Police have charged a commercial bus driver with reckless driving after his bus overturned on Interstate 95, injuring four passengers. According to Virginia State Police, Qilong Xiao, 50, of Flushing N.Y., was "going too fast" for the weather conditions when the bus went off the left side of the road and overturned onto its side on I-95 South near exit 136 just after 4 a.m. Police say 54 people were on the bus when it crashed.
