Police investigate crash between a Mass. school bus & dump truck

Nearly a dozen people are in the hospital, including at least nine elementary school children, after a dump truck rammed a school bus in Holyoke. The bus was leaving the E.N. White Elementary School when it crashed at the intersection of Lincoln and Pleasant Streets around 3 o’clock. One woman who frantically tried to help the nearly 30 kids on the bus, says it was terrifying. “As soon as I saw that school bus my chest wanted to pop out,” said Carmen Santiago of Holyoke.
