A building has been severely damaged after a pick-up truck towing an RV crashed through its walls Tuesday morning. Pinellas County Fire and EMS responded to the scene shortly after 8 a.m. First responders said the RV collided with another car before the RV plowed through the Freeway Auto Insurance building in the 3200 block of East Bay Drive. The driver of the RV told FOX 13 that his brakes failed as he approached the intersection. He said he swerved to avoid other traffic, but was not successful.
