 Friday, September 26, 2014

 NY Daily News

British singer Rod Stewart is being sued for allegedly breaking an American fan’s nose with a soccer ball. The 69-year-old singer allegedly caused the damage after he booted the ball into the audience during a show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in October 2012. Mostafa Kashe wants $10,000 in compensation for lost wages, attorney’s fees and cosmetic repairs to his naval cavity. The electrical engineer from Diamond Bar, Calif., claims he was "unexpectedly hit in the face" and that the "Maggie May" singer was "negligent, careless and/or reckless" in his actions.
