A group of chiropractors, attorneys, and runners were arrested by state investigators Thursday morning. They are accused of running an accident insurance fraud ring based in Palm Beach County. Department of Insurance Fraud Capt. Rafael Delgado said runners would contact and solicit people who were recently in an accident. Those "patients" sometimes weren’t even injured, but they would be brought to an accident attorney and a chiropractor who would coach them on what to say in order to sue and bilk insurance companies, according to Delgado.
